July-September 2019: Phase II Construction Work

The construction of sixteen classrooms and two offices is complete. Construction in the courtyard and outdoor learning areas is also finished. During Quarter 2 there will be some minor punch list items to be finished.

Asbestos Remediation: $23,000

Renovations: $369,000

Total amount spent on modernization projects for the Early Childhood Center between July through September 2019: $492,383.

Additional System Wide Funding spent: $15,000

$15,000 in system wide funds paid for asbestos remediation.
